What makes you think I got expertise? Guess I got you fooled!!!
A bunch of us are leaving for GSMTR 5/13, and I want the prior weekend to prepare/pack, so that leaves 4/22 or 4/29 and also don't want to do any hard stuff where anything could get broken. Hope others chime in. Sounds like a morgue in here today. :hillbilly

Welp it still sounds like Morgue in here. The Rover guys looks like going to RC on the 22nd. If no one here chimes in, I guess I'm gonna join the Rover group. Although 29th is still open.

I'd be up for a day trip some time soon. RC would work with the rover folks.

OK, it's final then. 22nd, RC. I have chatted with the over guys and they are happy to have us along. They are going for mostly green and some blue trails. We can talk more on swap-meet.

Really don't want to travel all that way for Greens...
The PA Appalachian guys are doing something on 4/22. Not sure if RC or Paragon. Maybe can talk them into RC?

Well, Dan? the minimum requirement for a group is 3. So me, Curran and you can split off in 1 group and start our own diggin on the blues and the blacks . The rover guys will be splitting into two groups anyway. They are saying green because they have some stockers and noobs coming along. If you want I can talk to Lynn to have our own group run. We acn do what ever we want, as long as we have at least 3 guys but I'm sure I'm going towards blue and possibly black and staying away from mud. So what's say you?

Well now, I didn't exactly say blacks. and I like staying away from mud. Took me forever getting that mess offa my cruzah. I just posted a request on Appalachian's subforum for RC. Maybe they'll go there? Either way, blues are what I prefer.

Jeff, the group has decided to do easy Greens so you won't hurt that nice new rear.
So, what, you all want to meet at the office 8:30-9:00A?

I am happy we're going to Rausch Creek, Lynn gave me a day pass last time since I broke so early and could not wheel
Should be lotsa fun, I hope to determine a good set of options for this year's Pig Run in August. There will be stock and modified on that run as well so it will be cool to see exactly what challenges the modifieds and works for the stockers.

If there is enough people doing greens I'd be interested. This would be my first time out in a long time and in a truck I've never had off road though, and I don't want to hold anyone back. What type of equipment should I bring/get? (see: noob)

Looks like we've got our own little group now. I would like to think there will be at least one group that would be heading towards blue and black mix. But I guess that will depend on the consensus from the majority. I cannot do 100% black (yet), I mean I can but I most likely will not make it back home . The rover guys will stick to little blue and green mix. So I guess we gotta figure it out once we all get there.

Hey Granger, I may be interested in doing some moderate trails. I'm completely stock right now (except for 31's), although hopefully that won't last too long!

Volton88X needs the engine from Brockton PA to the Northern VA area.... I am just trying to be helpful
WckedMidas: check with Gary S. on the alternator, it is a real possibility he has one and he is located in between Rausch Creek and Paragon offroad parks. (*he also has the engine for Voltron BTW). He is shmukster on the this BB, tell him Jeff told you he might have one and you can PM him.

I'm going rain or shine. Tired of this fawking weather. My only hurdle is my allergy. As long that doesn't act up, I'm set for the weekend.

Things were looking good until a work problem sprung up. I wouldn't count on me going, but I have not given up hope quite yet. If I can make it I will post back here on Friday.

With 70% chance of rain, I'm bowing out. I'll be off Friday, but will check board/weather for last minute changes. Else, I'll go another weekend. Keep the powder dry!
Jeff, why does everyone think your name is Wayne?

I get that alot but then again, people also tell me I look like Martin Short (and I'm not sure its a compliment )
Guess I could change my sig to "you can call me Wayne"
umm. yes I think I'll have a seat though I may bring the heelers in which case the passenger better like being herded
Dan, now c'mon man, doesn't that thing have a hard top
