Bob, are you suggesting food before meeting 'cause you're worried about getting to DCA by 9:10, or are you just looking to kill time between 6:30 and 7:30?

I ask because It's always hard for me to get home from work, put in hubby time, and get out much earlier than 7:00-ish. If you come to the meeting, I'll personally guarantee that we're finished up with "business" (that is - chatting about the Fall Crawl, hearing about TLCA stuff, etc) and at Don Pablo's for beer and food by 8:15. You're out by 9:05 and at the airport if 5 mins.

If that's no good, I'll try to get out of the house more quickly and meet you beforehand.

Well, This is such a big occasion, we could do a 30 min mtg and then go for beers. I wouldn't mind getting home earlier too.

Tech days (getting back on schedule)
camping/mild wheeling trip sometime soon

Thanks to everyone that made it out to the meeting. I think someone else is working on the actual minutes, but here's a quick summary:

- Treasurer's report: we have some money
- Sebastien and John Smith have been thinking about using club money to get a tubing bender for member use. They're going to continue to do the research and let us know how much, etc.
- Discussion of "fish mouths" ensued
- Upcoming wheeling opportunities include the FJBruiser "back-to-school" run in mid sept and the BBRC Fall Crawl on Oct 2-3
- Other possible wheeling locations that Joe brought up (which I forget and he should post here

)
- Joe was elected as our club's TLCA delegate as Mr. Sourbeer has moved on to bigger and better things in the TLCA - congrats to both
- TLCA continues to go through revenue challenges. If you haven't renewed your membership, or you know someone else who hasn't, get on it.

I think that about does it. I miss anything?

Make some calls, twist some arms, call-in a few favors, kidnap the family pet, do whatever works but please do whatever it takes to get your non-member Toyota 4WD driving buddies to join TLCA (and CLCC).
