78 Landcruiser Diesel in DC

Anyone near the Ronald Reagan Bulding downtown DC... They have this incredible vehicle... Notice the split rims and solid axle...

some kind of radio device. the top of the whip is not mounted.

Teasing indeed. It does not have airbags and of course have the tailpipe issues...

If anyone in the world can afford to make their vehicles U.S. compliant, it is Toyota. I just refuse to believe we don't have a vibrant enough market for those to justify the front-end costs...

Now that the Big 3 are on their knees, perhaps something will change.
