Anyone have a 1FZ-FE head lying around?
I just posted on the 80's section that I am looking for a CAD file of the cylinder head for the 1FZ-FE for a turbo manifold. A back up plan is to find a cylinder head and use a CMM to measure the stud locations and port sizez/shapes so that I can laser cut the manifold plate. If any local cruiser guys have a head "lying" around that they could loan me for a weekend I would cut an extra (or a couple) plates so you could build your own header.
Thanks, Bahndo |

I have just what you need laying under my workbench collecting dust. It's warped at least 0.017, but should be fine for what you want it for. (See the link in my signature for my 80 HG story). Sounds like a cool project. Where are you at in MD? Tim Minner __________________ TLCA #13916 Bay to Blue Ridge Cruisers 40th Anniversary FZJ80 - Wife's dog hauler with a new head. I'm in Bethesda, I work in McLean and Foggy Bottom (DC), and my cruisers are located in Poolesville. Let me know if I could pick it up or work something out to get this thing going,
Thanks, Bahndo p.s. my email is ryanbahn @ gmail . com |
