Don't forget Wed meeting, 7:30 at Alexandria Toyota

I will be bringing the new pickup which made it through inspection.

Agenda:

- Post Holiday party at Jon's January 12, around 5pm (look for an evite)
- Swap meet organization
- CPR/Wilderness survival weekend
- Next wheeling trip
- Elections will be coming up in Jan/Feb
- Next Tech day


REMINDERS:

- We will be going to Don Pablos (not hops) after for a drink around 8:30ish for those who miss the meeting.

Would this meeting be a good one for a new guy to attend, or should I wait until next month, after the holidays? Recently purchased 97 LX450 and I am looking for some wheeling buddies, not to mention help/advice with the new ride.

Welcome to the board!!

I certainly wouldn't want to dissuade you from coming to any of our meetings, but it being December, I guess this meeting might not get the highest attendance ever. I'd say that if it's a real hardship to make it tonight (like driving from 3 hours away or you have to miss your kid's birthday party), then maybe another time. But if it's an easy trip and you got nothin' to do, come on out. I don't think you'd regret it.

Because of the snow, the meeting is canceled....

Several people have asked about the calender purchase for this year. This will be another item to discuss. We will most probably put in an order.

Hope to see everyone there. AND don't forget we will go out for a drink and some food after the meeting.

Dude. They way the people around here freak out about the snow, you're going to scare people off just joking about it.

And yep, calendars are an issue. I'm gonna start a thread now.

I am not going to make it tonight but I am good for a calendar. If rush hour tonight is anything like this morning I don't think many folks will make it on time for the meeting.
