November 1st wheeling trip, Goochland, VA
Hey guys there will be a trip the first of nov to the land in Goochland if you are intrested in going. It will be just a day trip. I will get directions to those intrested. It is off the Oilville exit off 64 near the highschool off rt 6. Post up if you want to go.

My calendar is open so far on Sunday. I'd go for Vince-style 80-series friendly wheeling as opposed to Rich-style 80-series carnage wheeling.

I think there should be something for everyone. I do not think there is anything too extreme but the people I have talked to say it is a fun trip. I do not think they get started too early maybe 10 am.
Anyone else want to come out and play???
BTW I plan on driving the 4runner out there and back...

Do we want to meet somewhere around richmond, and drive there together or..........
I don't know how to get there, so i was hoping to follow the leader.
We are flexible on what ever the plans are.
We will be bringing the baby, and packing lunch. I assume we will be there during the lunch O' clock hour.
Any other wives coming?

Vince,
Mary Marshall is planning on coming out. I am sure we will have a Lunch break at some point. I will get directions and post them up or sent them out to everyone who has posted up. I will be taking Rt 6 out of Richmond but we could meet at Goochland High School at the corner of Rt 522 and Rt 6 and go in from there. I will nail down an exact time and post that as well.

If I'm a member of BBRC I'm a member of VA4WD, right? I've never gotten any newsletters or membership information from them.

YES! If you are a member of BBRC then you are also a member of VA and United.
For those not members I think it is less than $30 per year to be a part of VA.
I have been told there is a Hardee's next to the Foodlion in case anyone wants a late breakfast...Chicken biscuits are good!!

Hi Rob,
I pulled the app from VA4WD site and it's only 15$.
I'm going to join up with the local group, Tidewater 4Wheelers, which includes VA4WDA and UFWDA yearly dues. But that wont happen for a few weeks due to the membership requirements.
But I dont mind paying the VA4WDA now, or even twice for that matter.
Thanks
Dave

Could a new guy invite himself? I need to test out my brand new IPOR Skid plate that Vince put on for me on Tuesday. No problem with any of the fees, been meaning to join VA4WD anyway.

Rob,
I'm only meeting up with the Mudders at 10am in Mechanicsville at TSC. I'd doubt we be anywhere near Gouchland anytime near 10:15....
and Bloo, I take offense to that above pic. Make sure you check your brakes before you roll home

Norm- I set the meeting time early so everyone is there when you roll by, The plan is to jump in line with you rather than have a complete stop and wait.

OK this is for everyone but Norm.
Plan on meeting at the Foodlion in Goochland at 10:15. With this being said there is the "traditional 30 min window to allow everyone to get there" So if everyone is there by 10:45 we can jump in line with the Mudders as they drive by rather than have them have to wait for all of us to get there.
I hope this clears things up!!!!!

Hi
Not going to be able to make it after all.
Found out my PS wheel bearing is shot.
Guess I finally get to break the knuckle cherry.
Thanks Rob for helping with the VA4WDA stuff.
I hope I get a chance to go on a run with you guys down the road.
