I pulled down the front end of the 4runner tonight to fix some leaking seals. I needed to reseal the diff. When I removed the front 3rd I found no less than 17 damaged ring gear teeth. I quickley removed the rear as well to check the axle shafts and gears. l was fortunate that they looked fine.
I just happen to have a brand new set of Yukon gears already set up in a 3rd member so I will swap the ARB into that and run it for now.
Who is next?? I guess with the pig inners and Newfield outers this is the next week link.

I will be dreaming of DANA 60's for a while. We will see.

Dwight, that set up has been in the truck for about 8 years. I guess maybe it was time to go. I am still thinking 35 spline dana 60 and forget it. Who wants my 37 iroks!!

Well.... dana 60 front 35 spline inner and outers, poison spider hysteer arms and tierods/draglinks. rebuild kingpins, new bearings, seals, drive flanges, 5:13's, lock-rite, new brakes calipers, rotors, ect.

I am picking it up on the 26th.... now to find the rear...

By the way I will have a ton of spare parts as well as complete axles for sale in a few months. The goal is to have everything ready to go in after the Fall Crawl, if I can keep it together till then.
