79 Pig t-case help needed in Yorktown, VA

Hello,
I have a '79 Pig in Yorktown, VA with a bad transfer case. I have a replacement for it. However, the one thing I don't have is the knowledge on how to swap it out. I would love to do this only once! I have looked at the shop manual and here on MUD for background info, and I think it is beyond my capabilities.

The Cruiser doesn't run, as I am waiting for a rebuilt carb from Jim C.

Is there anyone that might be willing to come over to help me out with that? The only time I will not be here is June 6-13. I am available during the week also, since I am "between jobs"...

I would be glad to pay gas money plus meals plus ??

I have new seals from CDan.

Many thanks,
Chuck

Kudos to Steven for helping me with the transfer case. It was more like I was helping him, since he did most of the tough stuff. He made it look easy. Thanks again Steven.
Cheers,
Chuck

NP. The Cruiser Gods were with us. Looking forward to seeing how it runs with the fresh carb installed. Can't wait to help with the knuckle rebuild on the Lex! Gotta bone up on the torque specs for that though. It can't be much different than the 40-60 series stuff.
