| Yoop: thanks for the bump on ADV.  I think my price on that is decent, but I guess there are not enough fatasses on ADV that need their coat that size, even though it's the equivalent of between XL and 2 XL in a US size....

The two biggest factors at work here in making quality coffee:
1. Freshness. Roasted coffee is best at 2-10 days after roasting. After that it's very old. When I mail it out to you fuckers you get it at best 3 or 4 days after roasting, often later. Roasting your own just makes sense.
2. Quality beans. Sweet Marias only sells the best coffee beans they can find. Maria's husband John is the buyer and he travels the world finding the good stuff. I buy all my beans from them. I might spend 20-50% more on average than if I was getting them elsewhere but it's more than worth it IMO. | |
