Great place and great pics Clutchee!
I first went there in 1962... it was a State Park then. My Dad knew the head Ranger, Hubert Duck, and we stayed in his house. I still have a State Park patch. LOL The only way to get to the bottom of the falls was holding on to steel cable and easing down the bowl. Going up was tough. I rode on Mr. Duck's shoulders. The swinging bridges were there then too. They were particularly scary. The swimming hole ran a constant 62 degrees or some such number. Even in the hot summer, it was a cold pond. Happy Trails!
