Need reccommendation on Windshield Shop

I need to get a new windshield and fix a leak. Went and bought the Toyota gasket for the windshield. After a few searches people seem to be suggesting using butyl rubber on both sides, but the shops I call say that is not needed. Anyone have a 62 series windshield replaced and enjoyed the results??

P.S. Also ordered the black lock strips from prp.com so goodbye chrome.
