I had so much fun at the March event and I've met so many good people here in Houston that are itching to see something other than sandy mud I'm helping organize an October 3rd-5th run back out to Katemcy. Currently there looks to be close to 30 FJ Cruisers showing up coming from all over, Dallas, Corpus and even Louisiana!
It's an open event so run whatcha brung and if you forget your smile your sure to find one out at Katemcy!

Katemcy is great. If you have never been on rock like Katemcy has, leave your heavy foot you use in the mud at home. My first experience at katemcy I felt a little slip in my tires going up an obstacle hammered the gas and damn near went over backward (the wife and I were really screaming and staring at the sky for a few seconds). Just remeber, low gear and just let out the clutch and let the big dog eat, just enough pedal to go up and over. If you have been there, you know what I mean.
