I was standing in my kitchen, in Hurst, in my drawers looking out the window at the light show (with no power).
Completely oblivious to the tornado sirens going off, can't hear them at my place.
City baseball field just east of me looks like a scrap metal yard.

Auntie Em! Auntie Em!

Came through at 2am. I was wide awake because two, seventy pound dogs were trying to burrow under me in bed. Really loud wind noise (but it didn't sound like a freight train). Got up the next morning to warm weather and sunshine. Blew my fence down and twisted off a tree. Lots of cleanup, but no major damage. I figure I'm blessed.
Happy Trails! N

We were really lucky and spared of any damages. My neighbor next door lost a tree, which landed in my yard. Thank God that it missed both houses and all the cars. Besides that, the commute to work next morning was extra long due to all the non-functioning signal lights.
