Saw this last week, Tom Chapman sent me a link to this, said he was going to be brokering the condos????
Hmm, wonder how old I'll be when its all finally finished, like will I still be able to ski by then? ha!

I was kind of psyched thinking about being able to go somewhere cool in august until I read it will be 10-15 degrees cooler than outside. Who the heck wants to ski when its 100 degrees inside?
