My New Place

Hey guys, just wanted to share this with anyone that may pass through the area. It has taken me a while, but I've finally opened up my "new" saloon, The Greenwood, in Bluff Dale, TX which is between Granbury and Stephenville or about an hour West of Ft. Worth on Hwy 377. I know I'm biased, but it is a pretty cool place. The building is over 100 years old and it is VERY Texas. If you guys ever go through this area, maybe out cruisin', stop in and have a beer. You'll probably see my Blue 62 parked out front!!!!

Here is a link to my website if anyone is interested in stopping by:
www.greenwoodbd.com

Here is a pic of the front, which kind of gives you an idea of what it is like.

That is very, very cool. That's a haul for me, but I'll be out there sometime to check it out for sure.

We should make a club DWI run out there one Saturday. Kidding, but I would like to stop by and have a beer some time. Looks very cool.

Sounds like the perfect place to stop for a beer on our many many treks back & forth to katemcy.

The rock crawlin wagon is a nice touch!

I have some family up in Ft.Worth area - I'll make sure and pass along the location as well.

I drove by there today; it looks awesome! I was in a hurry and [unfortunately] didn't have time to stop and have a beer, but that is a very cool joint. It would be cool to make an afternoon club run over there and get a band or something and grill out.

Hey thanks guys. Been a while since I checked the post. Definately stop by on the way to the roundup. I'm in the process of selling my 62 to be eventually replaced by a 40, so I probably won't make the roundup this year.

Stop by and pull up a chair!

Nick

We stopped on the way down Thursday at about 11am, took pics of it snowing out in front, and stopped on the way back, Sunday about 1:30, took another pic, I'll try to post later. Looks very comfortable, hopefully in April when weather is warm, it will be a perfect watering hole.
The tire sign on the main drag is a nice touch ;-).
