Winch F/S
Summit M10000 with cable. Rebadged TMax. Currently mounted on my 80's ARB. The housing has a broken tab for one of the tiebars (and the second tiebar is missing) but the winch works, I pulled out some stumps with it this weekend. I'll leave it mounted until it sells so it can be tested before purchase.
I figured I'd offer it up locally before putting it in the Mud classifieds.
FREE, local pickup in Shavano Park.

No, I don't know how it broke, it was like that when I bought it. It's only the one tab on the drivers side. The cable wrap comes pretty close to the tie bars, I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

I was just curious because I've seen a few winches with breaks exactly the same. Can we expect to see you and the winch at the meeting this week?

I think I can make it this time, my yard project got moved up one day so I should be able to break away. The 80 is a mess from hauling brush to the Bitters Rd facility, but I'll try to get her ready.

Well, I did put a tarp down first. I did panic when I was unloading some rotten old logs and a roach looking beetle scurried out. It ran under the brush that was still in the 80 before I could stomp him. I had visions of it going under the carpet or something, but when I got the rest of the brush out I shook out the tarp and he fell out with it. I'm sure he was the only one . I've convinced myself that no other bugs could have possibly got past the tarp.

Still plenty left. There's a 20 foot concrete pad somewhere under there where the 80 usually lives.
I have a dumpster coming today as I'm also removing a wooden deck, but I'm sure I could spare some for a test fit.
