I had recently fired ERA after 3 months of nothing...signed up Re/Max (same company that I bought the home from 6 odd years ago)...FIRST SHOWING, the family made an offer yesterday...we countered and today they accepted!
Our home in San Antonio is SOLD!
The purchase price was $185,000 - - down from $200,000 (damn this market)
No more double mortgages, utilities & lawn care after July 25
That means more funds for fun!

No more 2nd mortgage, no more 2nd utility bills, no more 2nd home insurance!
Today we have officially sold off our home in San Antonio!
Thanks to the wonderful housing market, I had to drop the price $15K...

SInce we are having our furniture built to order...we currently have virtually have nothing for anyone to sit on...other than the grass on the ground!
The official Taco Party will take place around late Sept or early Oct.
That is when the furniture is to arrive - - we hope it is sooner...we were the second owners to have the house built in the area and we still look like we just moved in!
