Ot - !!!!!sold!!!!!
I had recently fired ERA after 3 months of nothing...signed up Re/Max (same company that I bought the home from 6 odd years ago)...FIRST SHOWING, the family made an offer yesterday...we countered and today they accepted!
Our home in San Antonio is SOLD! No more 2nd mortgage, no more 2nd utility bills, no more 2nd home insurance! Today we have officially sold off our home in San Antonio! SInce we are having our furniture built to order...we currently have virtually have nothing for anyone to sit on...other than the grass on the ground!
 The official Taco Party will take place around late Sept or early Oct.
