That looks like the piggie that sat on flats at Universal for years. If that's a oem pto winch on front which it looks to be then it is. I hadn't seen it in the last few years, so I guess they got it finished up for the most part.

Even if it is original it is NOT that collectable - IMHO.
I rather spend my money on a running 80 or a good 40 to work on.
