Check Out a 100 For Me?

Greetings from the CottonLand Cruisers of Mississippi.

I am seriously considering buying a 1998 UZJ100 from New Braunfels. I have spoken to the owner and he has sent plenty of pics. Before I spend $140 with Southwest to fly out there, I was hoping to accomplish one or two things:

Pay a knowledgable 100 Series owner to go and give it the once over.
AND/OR
Find out where to tell the current owner to take it (Toyota Shop or Dealer) to have it fully inspected.

I can go out and take a look at it for you (however, I drive an 80) or recommend a really good shop to have a prepurchase inspection.
