Wheelers for the Wounded
Not sure if you guys/gals have seen this thread on the Texas boards on TTORA...but this guy, Jason who is a vet and working in Iraq is trying to set up a cross country wheeling event to help bring some happiness to disabled vets. If you are wondering, we have asked some tough questions to validate that this is a true non-for-profit cause.
The first thread is from TTORA. Wheelers For The Wounded - TTORA Forum The second is the website for Wheelers for the Wounded. Wheelers for the Wounded -  a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization Read their website and I think TTR is also participating on this cause. It would be great to have TLCA also join up to help. Right now we are in the preliminary stages of figuring out where we will host this mega event in Texas.
