2008 Lone Star Cruisers Roundup

How many have signed up?

Are you guys interested in helping as a club?

Any merchandise to sell yet?

Katemcy is way too close to San Antonio not to have you guys participate in some form.

If nothing else, just show up and make a lot of noise.

Chad

I know of three or four people but there may be more. I believe several of our local TTORA brethren signed up also.

I’m not sure when I’ll be arriving for the event so I’d hate to volunteer and then not be there at the appropriate time. I’ll leave it to the others attending to volunteer if they can.

We’ll definitely show up and make some noise. I’m looking forward to seeing Katemcy for the first time.

I've been to Katemcy once for a day at the first Roundup. I wasn't really impressed and for the cost now it's a big turn off. However, the great company of all the owners from across the state should make up for it though, but it's not enough to get me out there.

How about this for a deal. Forget the wheeling. Show up Friday Night for the BBQ dinner, raffle and the soon to be world famous John D. Hale band. Dinner and show on me. Just buy some raffle tickets.

We will have Cruisers there from California to Virginia and lots of spots in between.

Any of you who are interested, let me know and we can work something out.

Thanks,
Chad

I actually would really consider that, since for me that is the best part of these events.

That's what we are looking for. More local participation makes the event better for everybody.

Hope to see you there.

Chad

I will be heading up Thursday afternoon. I signed up but I think I messed something up as I can't get paypal to print a receipt?

I will the white EZ-up and the club banner. I will also bring Jen. Noise will be made. That is just how we roll.

I am very good at making schedules and reading rules. Allegedly. Let me know what you need volunteer-wise.

Looking forward to my first Roundup

Kelly

Kelly,

I will check and see if the paypal went through. If it didn't, I will let you know.
Don't worry about the volunteering your first year. Just hang out and have fun. If you see something that you want to pitch in and help with, your more than welcome.

We have no control over the park fees. The registration fee is set so that we break even. We have actually lost money every year except for last year.

If you really want to go, Contact me offline and we will see if we can work something out.
