Wheeling at Madison, VA Sunday, 3/19

A couple of us have been talking about doing Conway/Devil's Ditch this weekend in Burl's thread, and it got confusing.

So, who wants to do some wheeling this Sunday? Due to some damage sustained yesterday, Brandon is questionable. Anyone else? moe.taco, are you still planning on doing this?

Bring a chain saw if you want to get to the waterfall. I was there yesterday.

Good point. How were the trees on the rest of the trail? The last time I was there, we were lucky enough to have Jeff and Charlton with chainsaws or we would have had a short trip.

More trees are down? My uncle works for VDOT and asked yesterday how we had gotten in, I told him we cut out a bunch the other week.

If ya'll don't get them my saw is ready for the 25th.

Man all this local trips for me and I am tied down. Got a hanging, I mean wedding to attend Sunday.

Too much pounding on one of the slider brackets.

It wasnt a weld that STUBBS or Ryan did.

Anyways, one bracket broke. I'm planning to have it fixed this sunday, off to the bascoms to fab a new bracket with a better design.

New to the forum guys. I am a military guy, live in D.C. and came out of WV which is where I am from. Iron Pig did some work on my truck, an 85 flatbed and Lance let me know about this site, actually this post as I was going to go wheelin with him in Madison a couple of weeks ago. I am looking for some good local wheelin, did Big Dogs last year. Have done allot of stuff in WV and some in TN. Don't have a Cruiser but would like to join you guys if you don't mind this Sunday.

i ossibly may be in i duno yet. Still havent bought a new battery for my 62 since i floped it over on the drivers side sat night Doh!How u think a stock 62 rideing on 34s will do on these trails?

Well, I have a shackle lift and 32s, and I came down on my sliders pretty hard a few times the last time I was there.
