Calico This Weekend

If anyone from the So. Cal. area is looking for some wheelin' this weekend the So. Cal. TLCA chapter will be out at Calico (near Barstow). To get there go east on the 15 past Barstow to Calico Road. Exit and turn left. Go about a mile up the road to Mule Canyon which is a graded dirt road on the right. Follow Mule canyon into the hills about a mile until you see a bunch of cruisers and some motorhomes, tents, etc. We usually run channel 4 or 14 on the CB's if you want to try and give a shout. There are already some people out there now. Others will be going out tomorrow. Come on out and say hey.

Thanks for the info Rich, two Jeeps and my 80 will head up there on Saturday morning. I may bring one of the editors from 4Wheel Drive & Sport Utility to do a write up. Anyone else going to come out?

I honestly don't think that I will be able to sleep tonight! This will be my first run! I look forward to learning from all who come out. I will try my best to stay out of the way.
