Trying to work out all the details. Can we get a count though? Stuck. Bluecruiser. Maybe Eric. Is that it? |

man down
Id go but still have one fender to fix and the remaining paint to take care of.
Be careful at that stream crossing, last time I crossed instead of going upstream i had water coming in my side vents. That was Aug of last year and the water wasnt even all that bad. Two fenders to paint. lift kit and tires then maybe ill be ready __________________ Sept 75' FJ-40 (bj40v?) 98' Honda SuperHawk 996 (now for sale) 01' BMW R1150GS TLCA #14704 |

well if a stock rover could do it then a stock cruiser should be ok. Last time when the water was insanely high at the last crossing we turned around and went back. I dont think anyone is gonna be trying anything crazy.

Yeah that sounds good. As far as bringing a stock truck you should be fine. They are ways around most of the more difficult stuff there which really isn't that much. It would be a fun time. As long as the water ain't too high.

When jcj and I were down there in December, the water wasn't too high. We just took the crossing, though.
Midas, I definitely think it's worth the trip down if you're free and you've never been. I'm still waiting to see if I can get the hall pass.

Just head south on 81 for about an hour or so to 33 West. Once you go through the town of Harrisonburg, you'll come to a closed down Food Lion on your right. The Shell station is just after it.
