After this same crossing I had about a foot of water in the cab of the 40. Our stuff in back was actually floating! When I opened the door after the crossing, water rushed out. Since the water was over the hood at times I also got water in the air filter, but she kept running.
I brought a friend of mine along who had never been wheeling and this was some introduction! We can't wait to get out there again. __________________ 1973 FJ40 - ARB Locked F/R, Staun Internal Beadlocks, OME Lift, 4 speed tranny - 3 speed transfer, silly slow |

Along with water in my cab from that crossing(just a little). I fried my alternator which also killed my battery. Found that out this morning before work. Also got plenty of water in my t-case. Oh well, thats the price of fun.
