VA and WV trails

hi everyone, i'm heading to virginia and west virginia in january for vacation and would like to know where i can do some wheeling? mild to moderate. i will be staying near luray, VA and traveling to the seneca rocks area in WV. any help would be appreciated.

The closest place in VA to where you're gonna be would probably George Washington National Forest (GWNF) in the Harrisonburg, VA area. There are a few threads in this section about trips there. The trails are about 20 minutes west of Harrisonburg and Interstate 81. You get there using Rt. 33 West.
