Ok this gonna be my last question to you , Do you have the Hamburger Express address ?( I guess the map links only show you between Bolsa Chica Rd and Westminster Blvd ) i never been there also im going on the 9-11 with 3 of 80-Series and they'll follow me so if you can provide much more detail.Im going to look up from the Mapquest to get short cut. Gas $$ so expensive Vic.
P.S: Need full address with City and Zip Code- Thank you

Here are directions to the Sept. 11 So Ca TLCA meeting at the Huntington Beach Library Park located at the corner of Goldenwest and Talbert:

From 405 heading South - take Goldenwest South, after passing Slater Ave. the HB Library entrance will be on the left.

From 405 heading North - take Warner West, left on Goldwest (South) to HB Library entrance.

We are usually parked on the east end of the parking lot. See you there!

Sounds about right.

I'm going to throw the first wet rag on this fun and bail due to gas costs!

Huntington Beach wouldn't be so bad at about 30 miles, but the trek to Pinks and back is to much.

Am trying to curtail as much extraneous driving in the beast as possible.

If you bail out because of gas prices...the you'll just be letting the hurricanes win!

Don't do it Brent! Don't succumb to the will of the hurricanes!

How much extra will you really be paying?
Let's say the whole trip is 100 miles.
When gas was $2.50/gal, assuming you're getting 12mpg, you'd use 8.3 gallons.

The 8.3gal @ $2.50/gal is $20.83.
Now 8.3gal @ $3.50/gal is $29.17.

The difference is only $8.34.

Send the check on down Mr. President.

Actually will save $30 by not going at all.

true. can't argue that you'll save $30 by not going. the point I was making was that if you planned on going, the $1 increase in fuel cost would cost less than $10 total.

and by not going...like I said...

you're just gonna let the hurricanes win.

That's too bad to here Victor. It's the one trip I'm going to do, but you are right, 2 to 3 tanks of gas round trip at $60/per tank (or more by November) adds up quickly.

Wonder how many others that had planned to come from afar won't for the same reasons, outside of the lucky Canucks with their diesels!

the lucky canucks with their diesel cruisers only get a few more mpg than we do with our gas guzzlers.

I'm still headed down for S-n-T.
I'll head out to CM06 too.

to hell with the hurricanes. I won't let them keep me down.

get a few pics of the hotties on the set autographed and sell them on eBay.

I'll take a couple personalized ones from Laura Prepon and Mila Kunis. Should be able to pay for S-n-T and drink your 7-11 coffee while bashing in hot blonde's red ferraris.

Funny you mention them, just saw them downstairs from where I work and they look nasty. Those chics smoke big time, they are not that hot in real life.
