little friday wheeling
Alright, so I have been wheeling twice a week this summer so far, I thought I would post a few pics from today's outing. I was by myself except my passenger/photographer. I didn't see anyone on the trail until I was coming down left-hand towards the bottom of the trail there was a typical YJ on its side
 Turns out the kid is my neighbors little brother and I recognized him as soon as I saw him. I couldn't figure out how he ended up on his side as there is no obstacle within sight, but I lent him a hand and straighten his junk on the trail. I tied up his rear axle to a near-by tree to keep him on the trail practicing Eagle Scout knot tying that they got a kick out of. I they passed by and strapped up to his cage and righted him. He was quite grateful and there wasn't too much damage to his jeep.It rained and hailed on us a lot, lucky for me I had my tarp that we draped over the roll bar and windshield while it was hailing. Anyway Carnage Creek pics I have never tried this line before, very fun Here are a few clips my buddy took http://home.comcast.net/~utleyz/carnmov.avi http://home.comcast.net/~utleyz/carnmov2.avi http://home.comcast.net/~utleyz/carnmov3.avi http://home.comcast.net/~utleyz/carnmov4.avi |

No pics of the Heep? looks like a fun friday-- Went out yesterday as well to test out the new treads and found a YJ abandoned in a creek bed, only to come home to some muddy kid at my door with a look of dispair on his face. He had seen the muddy yotas in the drive before and figured it was his best chance. he was right.

Nah none of the heep, my budy was taking the pics and I don't think he wanted to make the driver feel any worse than he already did snapping shots like that.
Your story is funny, small world type thing. |

Must be catching. My buddy took his GF for a spin up moody and found a father and daughter that stuck their Grand Cherokee. It was approaching dark and they had already hiked from the quarry almost to the bottom. He took them back to their Jeep, strapped them off the little hump they high centered on and suggested a few items they might want to carry with them while wheeling.

Cool pics. Love the starter screaming when you stalled her on the rock. I wish i had trails like that around here. If i wanted to go wheelin right now it' either a couple of mud holes or mall parking lots. :(
