My buddy and his wife just went paddle boarding (I think thats what they call it) in santa cruz this past Tuesday. He loved it. Mentioned he needed a longer board to catch the waves.
No lauging here as long as you let me take a spin on it!  Ill give ya beer if you let me

We should make it again this year,have not missed one yet!I am #250 on the mob list! and it's still growing.Trying to make it 8 in a row,need to add one of those cool looking T-shirts for my collection.Nice job Jim & co.Bummed we missed the 45 run also.
I have been surfing down there almost every year out in front of the camp area.It's fun to get wet and try to get some waves,but it's always a lot of closeouts and tons of paddling/duck diving under waves.We are spoiled here in Santa Cruz for having real good waves without lots of effort to go looking all over.Having said that,I know the waves get really good down there also.Check with the kite surfing guys,my buddy Mark& his bro were killing it down there last year! No shortage of wind down there! Those guys were having a blast! cheers,John

Wow, im in a quandary. I can throw the rtt on the wifey's '08 lc 200 series, or drive my Dodge mega cab and tow the 45.5 on my flatbed. Hmmmm.....

Missed the 45 run cuz I screwed up my knee and would not have been 100%, that killed me.

2hour ferry ride off this island we call paradise, one boarder crossing and 20 plus hours of driving.
My wifes second time at the event and my daughters first, should be a blast.
Might just be the only Canuck going?, I was the only Canadian at Round Up........

Hurray for another Surf n Turf. My pig will once again make the long voyage. Normally pre SNT is my annual major tune up on the 69' piggy. This year, I am changin the oil and that's it (and welding the frame, changing some gaskets, fixing my ARB, changing my draglink, redoing my PS pulley system, changing my tires, new shocks in the front, and tuning my carb).
