Greetings fellow mudders

went on a little glacier trip the other week and thought I´d share some pics, show how we wheel in the north

we went on 2 cars a Izusu trooper 1998 and a Land Cruiser HJ-61 1987.

Here goes.



The trooper

the idea was to get up there.



....putting the rear locker on my cables don´t work...



at the roots of te glacier



and into the great white it was quite steep but you can´t see that from the pic..

using the right pedal a bit





and then suddenly the snow got very deep and very very wet.



that´s where we decided to head the other way.. no way we could have made it up that thing with the snow so difficult

and the cruiser was used to plow the way (front rear lockers, and axles are much better in these conditions than the IFS system on the trooper).

1st low, 2 psi and fully locked ...



nope, not stuck

got to about 60 km/h+ ... aaand the EGT was about 700 C :P
