Lone Star Cruiser Roundup

for all y'all texans...is this event worth traveling 1500 miles? I figure the timing would be about right to get out of Virginia for a few days and am looking for a road trip...I'm looking for a sponsor for my trip right now....anyone willing to provide me 1 beer for every 50 miles once I get there?

I think I'm gonna get a huge sticker made up that says:

"Another Tard Sponsored by Urban Land Cruisers"

Drove 3,500 r/t last year. The answer is, yes. And I'll be doing it again this year.

Maybe I'll get a bulk order on the stickers if you're traveling as well Todd

Can't answer this question, but everyone I know of that came to last years, is coming back.....we are anticipating registration being full... heck it's dang near 400 miles from me.

I spot for stickers.

Depending on your route I'd be happy to caravan down with you. It's one boring ass drive, especially on the way back. You drive for like 3 days and then come across a sign announcing the Geographic Center of Texas. The damned state just never stops. Came in through Houston last year on my way to San Antonio and then the Roundup, sign at the Texas border says: El Paso: Further Than You've Ever Fucking Driven.

A load of us Mississippi rednecks will be making the drive again. Any and all of you guys from the east are more than welcome to stay at my home. We could have one big ass caravan rambling across LA and TX.

Worth the drive!!!

I don't know if anyone will sponsor you but I will guarantee you that you won't run out of beer. These guys do a top notch job. Hell, I think beer was running out of the ground last year. No, I think I just fell down with the tap hose in my mouth.

Beer was running into the ground early on -- no cups! Social blunder....

"TLCA Open Event." Sounds to me like you do not need to be a TLCA member, but I could be dead wrong.
