LOL! Neither have I! This is the first year that my monthly closing schedule hasn't gotten in the way! This will be the first year I'll be able to watch the sand chef competition! Fifth time going and first time it won't be an early Saturday morning rush up there! Looking forward to a longer relaxing weekend this year!!!

Sounds good. Keep me in the loop as we get close to the dates. I can't wait to grab some chowder at that corner shop in Pismo. I went to Cal Poly SLO for three years before I had a Cruiser and now I find myself going back. I might make a mountain bike run up to Shooters or Morning Glory if anyone wants to ride while we're up there.

that would probably be around 150 or so fj's x 135 hp + a few vortec's + some diesel engines=way too much HP to bail you out. john

Shoot for noonish, I'll be there about that time with my folks' Godzilla-sized RV. We can make a day of it.

November 7-9, 2008 !
- but I'll be camping on the beach starting on Wednesday (11/5) so I can have even more fun. Come early and see what I mean.

It's coming fast for me, in other words, I'm running late on my SNT chores. Don't worry I do my best work under pressure.

Have you seen the MOB List? 169 cruiser delinquents and still growing!

As soon as I get back from the 45 Run this weekend I'll update the SNT website, including opening the T-shirt order page. This year we're going "new school" with BLACK shirts! The graphic will be something like this:

Hey Randy, I'm currently going to Poly, if you wanna ride shooters I am down for it. Any excuse to ride is a good one when youre sitting in the ARCE labs all day. See you there.

Love the planned graphics on the shirt!
Cant wait how the stickers are going to look like. The only problem with all the SnT decals on my truck is that people think I actually surf.

Oh the pressure of learning to ride the waves...

Jim, contact me, Dave T., or Twiddy, regarding the shirts. PMC voted to make a major contribution to SnT and we assumed that picking up some of the T-shirt tab would be cool. The $ amount is still in limbo but it was voted to be a substantial PMC support of your fine event.

I am most looking forward to dinner at the restaraunt at the Sea Venture, they got farm raised abalone and the rest of the menu is top notch as well.
Anyone wanna go ?

I'll share this since others may be interested....

Hi Jim-
I'm trying to plan my SnT weekend accordingly and was wondering if there is plan to hit Pozo Saloon this year?
Due to the ever growing size of the event, we won't be organizing a formal trip to Pozo this year. Basically, I've got my hands full demobilizing "SNT HQ" from the beach Sunday morning and it's just too much for me personally to make it out to Pozo or the inland trails.

That said, anyone that wants to make an informal run to Pozo or the inland trails I'd be happy to provide directions, maps or other support. I'll have that information available at the event. It is a great side trip that highlights the diversity of wheeling on the central coast. I'm sure anyone that makes the trip won't be disappointed.
