I wasn't sure with the fire activity going on in the Black Hills...

The fire is at the far south end of the hills by Hot Springs, the event is at the north end, just south of Deadwood. The fire chief says the fire should be contained today, Tuesday. It shouldn't be a problem. I'll check with Rhonda though to be sure.

We have not heard any thing that says it shouldn't happen. I was out tonight pre running some trails and there was still a little bit of water in the low spots on the trail, where as last year there was none. Looks like it should be a great classic.

Pablo: you should run that 40 up next week!
