last year a group of three H3s came rolling by camp folowed by a built 4runner. looked kinda like a bunch of harleys followed by a ford pickup!

anyways, bring it!

also, we'll be camping at the first water crossing both nights.

Skillet,

A buddy and me will be leaving Friday night from Redwood City... We'll have the two 40's either on a trailer, or one on his flat-bed and one on a trailer...
You shouldn't miss us... Also Mine will be on the back (white cruiser) and my screen name is where the license plate should be... If you see us on the road join up...

We still haven't set a time on when we're leaving, definitely after work though.. we might be getting there Laaaatteeeee!
Once we set a time I'll post up...

EDIT: Looks like we're leaving Saturday morning, with a slight chance of Friday night.. hehehe Mostly up to, if we're in the mood to deal with traffic friday after work..

"Hey, I know that dude!" I hope you made that. Sheesh. It is a beautiful spot, eh? There are a few trails over the hill leading down to Snake Lake that we didn't do due to our solo-with-no-winch status.

Did you get the locker and the 4:1 T-Case?

yup, i'm soooo ready to go. mentally anyways. still need to pull the top off the troopie and get everything loaded up. got lots of work to complete at the shop first though.
got some more raffle prizes in today as well:

a bunch of copies of crawl magazine
and a nice bunch of prizes from lar at mad4wd

thanks again for all the donations guys. i will post up all the vendors/shops and individuals who donated stuff for the raffle after the event.

last but not least, i talked to mark @ mark's offroad in burbank CA earlier today. he's bringing a super cool raffle prize:

A SET OF EARLY CRUISER HUB CAPS!!!!!!!!!!

these will be raffled off amongst the guys who are bringing 45s to the event. they're being donated to the raffle under the condition that the new owner either runs them on his rig or re-donates them to next year's raffle with the same intentions. they are NOT to be sold or put on ebay!!!!!!! these need to go to a happy home, preferrably on a 45.

thanks again mark!

Not likely, we were up there a couple of weeks ago and the only open flames allowed were stoves.

Anyone going in this afternoon on the Hwy 4 side? How about tomorrow morning? I lost my trail partner due to steering issues on his mini. Still trying to make the run.
