Galen & I has a grand time, thanks for the event. It was an excellent introduction to Minnesota and it's offroading denizens.

Karl, Mike and everyone else:

The real credit for “my” contribution of the food must be directed to Stephen Bennett. He is the one that not only purchased the meats, buns and other supplies, but also spent two days cooking all that fantastic pulled pork that was enjoyed at the event. That man has an incredible talent for cooking. Stephen, you are the man.

This Steve does not have any cooking talent beyond hot dogs.

Tim Pfaff, in typical fashion, always seems prepared for anything, and helped out with items that I had forgot or overlooked that were needed for pulling this dinner off as well.

Karl man-

Thanks for leading this event man! Being on point is not an easy position to be in.

MikeH, Vince, MikeC, Gordy, Tedd, Odie, TimC, KellyC, and anyone else I am forgetting:

Your efforts are what made this event a success, and one that many people have commented about returning to next year. There is no better compliment that we could receive from participants.

One other person that needs mentioning is Eveleth MN resident Cruiserhead, Eric Stoher. Eric took time off from building his own home, and delivered two dump-truck loads of firewood to feed the “Cruiser fire” that was enjoyed all weekend at the event.

I had a great time at the event, and enjoyed being able to help however I could. It was great meeting so many new people, and I look forward to being in attendance next year.

i hope to see steve bennet some day back at a meeting to thank him personally...the pork was great...you may not have cooked it poser but you do deserve the thanks for coming up with the idea to go that route and talk to bennet...instead of famous daves catering....not that im knocking famous daves but i think our setup was way better and more personal...i hope we can figure out a way to do it that way again next year
