Are these brackets backwards? (pics)

Guys I got the M416 frame back from the powder coater last week and I re-installed the Leaf spring supports/brackets. The pics show 2 different widths of the supports. one bracket is rather wide..about 2 ". The other bracket is about 1.5 inches wide and has the horizontal braces in them. I can't remember which brackets go in front and which go in back...can someone enlighten me?

Confused

Sorry cruzzer..to be clear, your'e saying the LEFT photo is the front and the RIGHT photo should be the rear??

Sorry, on my screen they are top bottom, not side to side,, The one that is open, the spring slips into is the front, has a piece of plastic hanging. The other one is for the link and is the rear. If I had a good pic of the 416 I had I would post it, but I sold it to build a new one..

Got it....the wider support goes in front......the narrower support is the rear?

Yes the one thats wider goes in the front as this is for the fixed end of the spring and the one big hole/tube goes in the back takes the bushings for the shackle
