Thanks guys, cann't wait to get back home and work on the trailers. Plan is to push forward with one of the trailers to get it to a usable state then. Then once we are happy with the performance and setup we will complete the second trailer and make any required modifications to the first one.

But for now here is the couple photos I have to add to this thread, one of my new Hannibal roof top tent, set the tent up on the garage floor just to check it out. The second is of my current set up, not very good for the trails but sure tows nice behind the cruiser on the highway.

Loaded up and ready to head to Alabama for the 2007 Southern Cruiser Crawl. Late sixties Boler 13' camper behind my 1989 BJ74.

Hey Guys,

Been slow going, due to the fact that the weather has been so nice my last two shifts home that I got side tracked, riding the motorcycle. Hope to get some time in next week when I get home. I did start mocking up the top mounts for the air bags.

Are you going to use a constant source of air for the bags or just fill with a schrader valve to desired height?

Okay here they are, got a couple days in the shop to work on the trailer. Did some more welding on the frame, added the upper air bag mounts, and built the tongue.

I bought the lock and roll hitch from Adventure Trailers, great communication and was shipped quickly. I had the hitch in a few days. Or another option could be to go direct Lock N' Roll Trailer Hitches

I have a couple good friends who are welders, that help out and assist. I am alright with the the heavier material like the frame and the suspension. When it came time to weld the seams on the 14 guage box i had on of my friends come out and weld it for me. I was in charge of the grinder, ended up with much better welds then i could do myself.
