M100 trailer project
I picked up a M100 last fall looked in sad shape ,funky axle,
back was missing bed was rusty but I had to have it. Here is a link about what I have done since then. www.7slotgrills.com/m100project.html Added CJ7 tailgate & box made New axle using 6 bolt hubs and spindles added camo tarp painted bed with POR15 and more |

:For the tail gate I had to mig weld flat stock on top of the tail gate then round stock to follow the trailer lines.
:For the axle I stick welded Jeep CJ spindles on to 2 1/2" tubing then I welded on the axle saddles. I mounted Jeep 6 bolt hubs and used stage 8 locking nuts. : Tires and wheeles I used Jeep CJ 6" steel rims and BF's more pictures and info at www.7slotgrills.com/m100project.html |

The M100 is the last true Jeep trailer.The 416 was towed behind the Ford Mutt.
