propane tanks and locations

Lets see them. Where di you mount yours? why? where did you get the mount? how did you make the mount? what tanks are being used? and why?

Mounts are available from Adventure Trailers ATreport.com. Excellent mount as well

Go to the link below and the one I Used is at the bottom of the page. Part # TH-109. Same one Adventure Trailers uses but half the cost.

one thing i noticed last weekend is that the 20 pounders stack quite well on top of each other...Just need a rubber spacer between them to prevent metal to letal contact.
Might be useful for longer trips???

I like the one above that Drew made...nicely done

two 20# tanks? I guess if you have other things running off the propane other then a stove that would make sense. All i have is a stove right now and the past 2 years im only half way through a 20# tank Im thinking about the mini tanks or maybe one of the fiberglass ones. Has any one seen the pluma concept tanks? pretty slick.

That is the same one that I'm using.

I have one of the 10# fiberglass jobs, pretty nice but not mounted.

Try your local welding store, they can get you the clam shell style (AT) clamps for about 25 bucks, but you waive the shipping. Just a thought.
