WTB M100 trailer
Should I pay $400 for a M100 trailer. It's fairly beat up looking from the pictures but fairly straight if that makes any sense. Tires are weather checked / dry rot and will need to be replaced before I tow it home. Has no/never had? any lights.
Besides the fact that I have to drive 5 hours both ways to get it, is $400 a decent price? It will need a lot of work. My wife always wants the vintage stuff, which explains why we have a 67' Airstream (26ft resto-mod ) and a 68' Airstream (24ft vintage ). The 68' is for sale, BTW __________________ 2001 LX470 - Mom's daily ride 2000 Town and Country LXi - Dad's work vehicle |

Go for it
yes, buy it.
These trailers are getting harder to find each year. If it is not to rusty and has all the pieces It is worth that. If it is not cut, do not cut the trailer to put in a tail gate. The older they are they seem to be worth more. Keep all the stock parts if you modify the trailer. Stock mbt safety chains can go for up to S300.00, hand brakes $150.00 I paid $450.00 for this one. It is a 1943 willys mbt. I would buy another one if I could find one for that price. People want these trailers to pull behind their restored military Jeeps

$400 is a low price for a M100. If it is straight and not rusted through, then it is worth twice that price. I paid $600 for my M416.
