I bought a set that were a perfect match from Harborfreight a couple of years ago. Looking on their site, I don't find them now.
Another source which I am not familiar with is eurocampers.com. They show a triangle reflector at this url. Looks like $5.95 a set. Not much of a gamble to see if they are the right size.
