Esab Plasma cutter

I've been searching for a good deal on a used Miller/Hobart/Lincoln/Hypertherm plasma cutter and have seen a bunch of Esab cutters for sale. Are they any good?

Can you elaborate why you think this? Didn't Linde/L-tec/ESAB invent the plasma cutter?

From some of the reviews I've read, on the smaller units, the torches seem to be delicate and not of high quality. I think their duty cycles look to be less than similar models from Miller/Hobart/Lincoln. That's about all I've read so far.

How about models such as PCM 875 or 1125?

I think those are out of my price range. I might as well keep holding out for a Hobart or Miller.

I found a nicely priced hobart airforce 400 in Dallas. I need to get someone to go look at it.

Cheap material and don't hold up. What else do you need to know? You're on enough forums I'm sure to have read others' reviews. That's mine.
