Grip Tite Socket

Has anyone tried the Grip Tite Socket?

My buddy and I have been trying to take off a striped O2 sensor (the one close to firewall) from his 01 Sienna minivan. It is in a very tight space and makes the matter worse - an inch next to it, there is a bolt or something alike which makes no room to swing a vise grip. Just saw the above Grip Tite socket at Amazon.com and am wondering whether it could be effective for the application.

Thanks

What the heck, it's worth a try. You probably won't find one that's deep enough to swallow the O2 sensor and wire, but you could just cut it shorter since it sounds like it's ruined anyway.
