Plasma Cutting Issues

I have a Hobart Airforce 400 (same as the Miller 375 AFAIK), and I'm having issues getting an arc. I have replaced the swirl cup and tip, checked the ground, air pressure, and put my air drier on it. It won't strike an arc unless I make contact with the meatl, and then it is very blue/green and dispersed, and barely leaves a mark in the metal. This occurs on aluminum or steel. Any ideas?

Garage
Turn up the power and double check the ground were the cable connects to the clamp. My ground wire screw comes loose all of the time on the clamp.

Turned out it was my cheap ebay consumables, threw some Radnors in there and it worked fine. Now I just need to figure out how to get them to last more than 10 minutes of cutting before they're screwed up and making nasty wide sideways cuts.

Make sure you have a clean air supply free from moisture.
