Write an article with previously unpublished/unposted pics and send it in.... TT's pretty picky about about using pics and stories that have not been released already.

This post is in no way a slam against the photographer who took this photo. Also, I never mess with other guy's work.
This is just an illustration. I cropped this photo and cloned some of the brush back into the frame on the right hand side. This is to illustrate a slightly better shooting angle. This photo now (if technically excellent and hi res) would stand a better chance of making the COVER of TT (IMHO). This is just an example of how to think about the frame before you take the photo. I shot the cover last year of the LC's on the beach on Fraser Island in Australia. I framed the photo so that the forgound led your eye to the trucks and left some good sky for the TT logo. Something about the scene just made me think this might be a candidate for a TT cover. My hunch was right: it made it. Shows that a slight change can make a big difference in photography.
