Wouldn't this be a cool idea?

This is probably a little silly, but since I have had one of our previous vehicles in an article with a full page shot in a hot rod magazine years ago, I got to thinking wouldn't it be a little nice to have something to hang in your garage, something (*yeah copycat idea kind-of) like 4 Wheeler does, take a good shot you have of your vehicle and make it into a Toyota Trails cover shot w/ the logo to put in a picture frame and hang on the wall?

Maybe it's just me being a little overly proud of my passion for offroading, but I would love to have a nicely setup cover style picture using something like this, obviously with a better resolution though.

**For that matter, all this stuff I'm reading in the forum on figuring out TLCA expenditures, etc has me rolling full of ideas on fund generating stuff. (*Probably best kept for a local meeting though.)

I love that idea, I think it would be cool as hell to have my 60 on the cover of trails (even if its just a fake)!!

What would be even cooler is being able to custom order a TT with your truck on the cover for a small fee.

I was beginning to think I was banging a drum all by myself, in some field in the middle of corn country.

So let's see if they actually use the idea to generate some funding.

That would require participation and volunteers outside the elected officers and contractors.

So we're pointing out my exceptional level of free time and lack of a budget then since I'm not working yet?

Shop the idea around some on your side for me and let me know. If you prefer you can just email the subject.

I've said, like with the shirt idea, I'm down, we'd just need resources to step up and the BOD to OK the process so I don't go stepping on toes here.

*I'll see if PMC likes the idea at all.

So I am not hearing enough support here if I am to pretty much take this on. I have one pm with a great option to use, he should chime in and maybe those in the higher club positions will attempt to "Shop Shane's Idea Around".

I'd need the data, as well as setting up locations to do shoots, as well as set-up a base rate so I can cover my expenses as well as have it profit so I can give those over to either the respective clubs, or a blanket amount to TLCA*.

*There's the rub, how to deal with the overall foundation or clubs individually.
