TT ,trying to complete my set's

i'm trying to complete a few of my older TT set's. and was wondering how many years the magazine has been around .
i need the following to be all up to date from present to as far back as 1998 .

I still need! (below) ,i can still by the 2000 ones, but for the rest ,where they ever made ?
and how far back can someone go ?

All the 2000 issues that you need are available. Looks like we're sold out on the 1998 issues you need, though. Go here directly to order the 2000 issues.

Occasionally, you'll see older issues on eBay. You might look there to complete your collection. I have a solid run from late 1995 to present, but it's only one issue of each and I'm not selling. Good luck!
