Question Is there a TLCA Sierra Trek event?

Maybe a dumb question - in that case I am sorry, but has TLCA before or do they in the future plan to run a Sierra Trek Run? Thanks.

There are clubs that run Fordyce and Sierra Trek -- I know the Nor Cal crawlers in Chico do one of the winch hills for Sierra trek. I know PMC and Toys on the rocks have run Fordyce as club runs...

Check the clubs in your area (wherever that may be)

That was Gold Lake Crawdad Poker Run...

hosted by Toys on the Rocks...

who tried to initiate the event again, this year, but the local forest service up there was not to keen on it I guess.

excellent place to camp and wheel, but only available in informal groups.

I hope to get up there myself...

Tony

I love those trails out there - the lookout, gold lakes area, sardine lakes, etc. I go every summer. And young america lake has natural golden trout! its God's country out there. Let's organize a run!

I can start a thread on mud or in here and see how far it goeas. I know I plan to be there some time in July. I do some riding in Downieville and run the trails in the afternoons and camp at all the lakes. There is awesome fishing and wheeling for everyone. And on a hot summer day, nothing like cooling off in those pristine waters floating with some keystone ice - or BOYC (bev of your choice)
