I can answer this...

4699 Bodega Ave, Petaluma.
Take the E. washington offramp from Hwy 101 in Petaluma, CA
Follow this road West for 5 miles, it will turn into Bodega Ave.
The hall is on the Left side.

Sellers to arrive at 7 AM... general entry starts around 8 and 9 AM,

Raffle usually starts around 1 -ish, and everyone is out of there by 4 or 5.

it is a great day, full of fun and friends, and yes, we even manage to sell a few parts.

Is it kosher for you to also post this in the Events general forum? That just seems to get more traffic. Now that the Stockton swap is over, there won't be any competing.

I've got two boxes of BRC magazines slated for the give-away bags. I won't be able to attend in the early am and need to either deliver the boxes before Saturday or have someone pick them up in Windsor. Someone leave a message here or shoot me an email.
